At Jen & Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges on unused items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are attached and the product is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed once our warehouse inspects the returned goods.
